Hello, my Garena Free Fire account has been blocked for 20 days due to a "suspicious players" error. I have never used cheats, hacks, or any third-party software, yet I am unable to play. This is incredibly frustrating, as I have invested time and effort into this game, and now I can’t even access it.

I expect immediate action to resolve this issue. Why am I being penalized for something I didn’t do? I play this game fairly, and it is disappointing to see such an unfair restriction.
