Free Fire MM8 Error Flagged My Account as Suspicious in BR Ranked

I am requesting an urgent investigation into my Free Fire account, which is currently restricted in BR Ranked matches with the MM8 error. My in‑game name is ডেঙ্গু-gamer and my UID is 2677814535. I play on an Android 15 device. This problem started last night and since then, whenever I try to enter a BR Ranked match, I receive the MM8 error and cannot play. When my friends invite me to a BR Ranked squad, they receive a warning that there is a suspicious player in the team, which clearly refers to my account. My account is over five years old and during this entire time I have always played fairly and followed the Terms of Service. I have never used any illegal tools, third‑party applications, hacks, scripts or glitches, and I strongly believe that my account has been incorrectly flagged or restricted. Because of this, my rank has gone backwards and I am missing the chance to enjoy ranked games with my friends. I kindly ask you to review my account in detail, confirm that it is clean and remove any restriction or MM8 error affecting BR Ranked, so that I can play normally again and have the opportunity to enjoy the game and maintain my rank through fair gameplay.
