Free Fire Banned My Account for Hacking I Never Used

I am writing regarding my Free Fire game account, which is linked to my Google Play ID email address rraiskha***@gmail.com. On September 28, my account was suddenly suspended, and since then I have been unable to access it. When I try to log in, I see a message stating that my account was banned due to the use of hacks. However, I have never used any hacks, cheats, third-party tools, or any unfair methods in the game.
The suspension occurred while I was playing normal ranked and classic matches, and at that time, there was nothing unusual or against the rules in my gameplay. For this reason, I believe the ban was applied by mistake. So far, I have not received any effective solution, and before submitting this complaint, I had not contacted any support channel.
