Free Fire Banned My Account Because of a Friend’s Panel Hack

My Free Fire account was banned yesterday for cheating because I entered a match with a friend who was using a panel. I’m not sure whether this ban is permanent or temporary, and right now I cannot access my account. My player ID is 2012949744.

Because of this situation, I feel extremely distressed, as all the time and money I’ve invested into the game may go to waste. I understand that this action may have been taken due to my friend’s use of cheats, but I request a detailed review of my account and, if possible, that the ban be lifted and my account restored.
