Garanti BBVA Denied Credit & Card Despite Clean History

For years, I've trusted Garanti Bank with my salary account, and even though I cleared my debt from 15 years ago, I'm still being refused credit or card services. They're citing asset management in the BDDK risk report as the reason, but I've obtained all documents proving my clean record. While other indebted customers are offered various options, I've been left high and dry. The bank wouldn't even provide secured products and advised me to close all my accounts. In 2017, I purchased a POS device for my business with the condition of regular usage, yet despite substantial monthly transactions, the promised services remain undelivered.
