Garanti BBVA Recharged Me After a Disputed Transaction and Gave No Resolution
An online purchase was made from my card without my knowledge, through a website I’ve never visited, heard of, or that doesn’t even exist. I filed a dispute, canceled the card, and received a new one. However, because the place I disputed charged me twice, only one dispute was reviewed. They refunded the first charge, saying they would collect it from the merchant, but then charged me again. No resolution has been provided for the other transaction. When I called and spoke to customer service multiple times, their lack of knowledge and, in some cases, rude behavior was very frustrating. They said, “It hasn’t been 160 days,” yet months have passed. I don’t even know how many issues I’ve had with this bank anymore. You’re practically scamming us. On top of that, you’re charging an annual card fee. This is a complete disgrace.
