Garanti BBVA False Bonus Promise

I received a call from Garanti BBVA offering a ₺300 bonus for utilizing a shopping loan. Upon requesting information about the campaign, I was informed that they were unable to give me any specific details and advised me to contact the call center. When I called, they told me that there was no campaign like that. Are you deceiving your customers with non-existent campaigns? I have submitted complaint number 1041837. It has been more than five business days since March 15, and I have not received any response to my complaint yet. There are doubts about Garanti Bank's dedication to customer service.
