PUBG Mobile Emulator Matchmaking Not Working

For approximately one month, I have been unable to find matches on my PUBG Mobile account while searching for Duo and Solo mode games through an emulator. I play via GameLoop, and I do not believe the issue is related to my rank points, as the problem persists regardless of what time I try.
During this time, I reached out to both PUBG Mobile and GameLoop support channels, but neither provided a helpful response to my issue. Being unable to join Duo and Solo matches through the emulator has completely ruined my gaming experience.
I am requesting that my account undergo a technical review to identify and resolve this matchmaking issue, and that I receive clear communication about what is causing it.
