I have been experiencing a persistent black screen problem with Call of Duty on the GameLoop emulator since around Christmas, and the issue still continues today. When I open the game through GameLoop, Call of Duty starts, but the login screen and the entire game remain completely black, so I cannot see anything and I am unable to play. I use GameLoop on a Windows PC with an Intel i5‑12400F processor and an RX 580 8 GB graphics card in Iran. To solve this problem, I have tried many different methods on my own and I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game and GameLoop approximately 15–20 times. I also tested GameLoop and Call of Duty on a few other computers, and my friends tried it on their devices as well, but the same black screen problem occurred and none of us could use it. Unfortunately, none of these attempts have had any effect and the problem has not been resolved. I have not yet been able to get any support directly from GameLoop or from Call of Duty/Activision. Because of this ongoing black screen issue, I have not been able to use the game for a long time and I am very disappointed. I request that GameLoop and Call of Duty/Activision urgently investigate this problem on my system and on similar systems, and provide a permanent technical solution or clear guidance so that we can finally log in and play the game normally again.
