Call of Duty Mobile Not Updating on GameLoop
For approximately three months, I have been unable to receive any updates for Call of Duty: Mobile through GameLoop — a game I have long enjoyed and regularly supported through real-money in-game purchases. Because I cannot access the latest versions of the game, I am locked out of new events, seasonal content, and the fair competitive environment the game is supposed to offer.
Believing the issue would resolve on its own, I continued spending money in the in-game store throughout this period. However, since the update problem has become permanent, I am no longer able to fully use the content and service I paid for. As a consumer, I am not getting what I paid for, and I am suffering real harm as a result.
I am requesting that the update failure affecting Call of Duty: Mobile on GameLoop be resolved immediately, that the necessary technical steps be taken to give me access to the latest version of the game, and that the harm I have experienced be formally acknowledged.
