Freecash Reimbursement For Trying To Close Account
I am a user from the USA and my Freecash username is “intuition1122.” I am writing because my account has been permanently restricted and I cannot withdraw my balance, even though I believe I followed the rules. Two days ago, my ID verification was rejected because you said the picture was blurry. Since then, I have not been given a chance to resubmit a clearer photo or complete verification again. At that time I had about $25 in my account. I continued using the platform and now I have around $150 in my Freecash balance, but today I was informed that my account will be closed due to a supposed violation of the community standards. I do not agree with this outcome and I have already explained in support messages that I only want to withdraw the money I have fairly earned. I was never clearly told what specific rule I supposedly broke, and I was not given a real opportunity to fix the ID issue, even though that is something that can easily be corrected. I kindly request that you allow a one‑time withdrawal of my full balance of $150 from the account “intuition1122” even if you decide to close the account afterward. I expect my funds to be paid out to me or a clear and justified explanation, with evidence, if you refuse to release the money I have earned.
