I Want To Buy Name Change Card So Give Back

I am a Free Fire player on the India server and I would like to report an in‑game issue regarding my diamonds. A short time ago I spent 380 diamonds in the Sasuke event by spinning there. My intention was actually to save these diamonds in order to buy a name change card, but the diamonds were used in the event instead and I did not get what I needed. I have not contacted support before about this issue. I kindly request that my 380 diamonds spent in the Sasuke event be refunded to my account so that I can purchase a name change card as planned, or that another suitable solution be provided.
