Free Fire Max Event Spins Fail to Reward After Heavy Diamond Use

I am filing a complaint regarding an issue in Garena Free Fire Max that I have been experiencing for about three days and that I believe is unfair. I am currently around level 57–58, and for the first time, I spent money to purchase diamonds in the game. I invested approximately 800 diamonds and then attempted the Evo weapon draw four times, each time using the 5-spin option, but I did not receive an Evo weapon at all. Similarly, in other events, despite trying my luck many times, I did not receive any meaningful rewards.

While I see other players winning rewards with far fewer diamonds, sometimes even on a single attempt, the fact that I received nothing despite spending so many diamonds does not feel fair at all. The system appears to operate as if it randomly favors certain players, which seriously damages the sense of fairness among players and completely ruins my enjoyment of the game.

I request that Garena thoroughly review my account with ID 8392187840, and that the fairness of the luck mechanics and drop rates in events be examined. If possible, I ask that the diamonds I spent be refunded or that the rewards I should have fairly earned be credited to my account. I expect a transparent, equal, and fair system to be applied to all players in the game.
