Garena, Please My Unban Free Fire Max ID

Hello, Team Garena. My Free Fire Max ID was banned some time ago which I recently found out about. I have followed all the rules and regulations of Garena Free Fire. I have never used any hack tool or app with this ID 2131817743 and have not given access to anyone to my ID, yet my ID has been banned, which has caused me a lot of grief.
