Free Fire Max Weekly Subscription Not Activated After PhonePe Payment

I play Free Fire Max in India, and on 17 January 2026, I purchased a weekly subscription using PhonePe. The payment was completed successfully, but the weekly subscription was not activated on my game account. My Free Fire Max UID is 3952142716. Although the amount was deducted from my PhonePe account, I did not receive the weekly subscription benefits in the game. I have already contacted support about this problem, but my issue has still not been resolved. I request that my weekly subscription be activated on my Free Fire Max account associated with UID 3952142716 as soon as possible, or that the necessary action be taken so that I receive the service I have paid for.
