I am writing regarding my Free Fire MAX account, player ID 4188339296, which was permanently banned on 9 September 2026. When I try to log in, I see the message saying that a violation has been confirmed and that the permanent ban will remain in effect. I would like to clearly state that I have not used any hacks, cheats, third‑party programs, or any kind of game modifiers. I always played the game fairly and within the rules. That is why I believe this ban is a mistake and that my account has been unfairly restricted. I want Garena to manually review my permanent ban and, if the ban was issued incorrectly, unban my Free Fire MAX account. I did not use any hacks, third‑party programs, or modifiers.
