Request To Review And Remove Free Fire Account Ban

I am writing regarding my Free Fire MAX account on Garena, which was banned on 12 August 2026 while I am playing on an Android device. My in‑game profile details are: nickname “Anhs vex”, level 65 and UID 2038122253. I have never used any hacks, cheats, scripts, third‑party tools, or any other unauthorized software or methods in the game. I always tried to follow the game rules and terms of service, so this ban came as a complete surprise to me and I believe it was applied by mistake. After the ban, I contacted Garena Support and submitted an appeal. Support informed me that they had reviewed my request but that the ban would remain in place. I do not agree with this result because I am sure I did not violate the rules, and I feel that my account has been unfairly punished. I kindly request that my account be reviewed once again in detail, with a thorough check of the account activity and logs. If no clear evidence of illegal activity is found, I respectfully ask that the ban on my account be removed and that I regain full access to my Free Fire MAX account and progress. I am ready to provide any additional information or verification if needed and I ask you to reconsider this decision so that I can continue playing fairly on my account.
