Ban on My Free Fire MAX Account After Hacker Theft
My Free Fire Max Android account (UID: 2871382025, in-game username: Mr raj ff) was stolen in early March 2022. After recovering my account through Facebook, I discovered it had been permanently banned due to actions taken by an unauthorized user. The actions that led to the ban weren't my own; it was the result of my account being stolen. I changed my Facebook password and implemented security measures. However, when I contacted Garena customer service, they stated that my account was permanently banned and offered no other solution. I haven't noticed any missing information or changes to my account; it's simply banned. I request a detailed review of my account and the removal of the ban. My account is very valuable to me, and I want this grievance resolved.
