Flibco left earlier than planned and I missed it, how can I request compensation?

If your Flibco bus went before it was supposed to, EU Regulation 181/2011 lets you get a full refund or other compensation. This law protects passengers from not being able to board or missing trips because of operator error.

Flibco has to stick to the schedule that was made public and help or repay people who need it.

You should email [email protected] or use the contact form on flibco.com with your ticket number, information about when you're leaving, and any proof you have, like photos or timestamps.

Make it clear that the bus left early and ask for a full return or some other kind of compensation under EU 181/2011. Keep all the proof until the claim is settled.
