If FlexTV keeps charging your card without clear consent,
• Identify where the charge comes from;
– Check App Store / Google Play / PayPal / bank statement
– Make sure it’s not a hidden subscription or trial conversion
– Look for receipts in your email
• Cancel from the correct platform;
– iPhone → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cancel
– Android → Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Cancel
– PayPal → Automatic Payments → Cancel
– Must cancel from the same account used for payment
• Confirm cancellation;
• Verify:
– Subscription shows “Canceled”
– No upcoming billing date
– You received confirmation email
• Stop further charges immediately;
– Contact your bank
– Block recurring payments from FlexTV
– Revoke merchant authorization
• Contact support;
• Write:
– “I was charged without clear consent. Cancel my subscription and refund the charges immediately.”
– Attach:
– Payment screenshots
– Receipt / transaction ID
• Request a refund;
– Apple → request via Apple
– Google Play → request via Google
– Direct → request from FlexTV support
