Unauthorized GBP 29.90 Card Transaction by FINDANDLOC – Refund Request

I am writing to dispute and request an immediate refund for an unauthorised online card transaction made on my Saudi Awwal Bank card. On 17 September 2026 at 23:45:09, a payment of GBP 29.90 was charged to my card ending with 1761 (mada), linked to account number **150. The merchant appears as “FINDANDLOC C8490969FF”. I did not make, authorise, or consent to this transaction, and I have never shared my card details or given permission to anyone else to use them. I request that this transaction be cancelled or reversed, that the amount of GBP 29.90 be refunded to my account as soon as possible, and that my card be secured against any further unauthorised use. I also ask that you investigate how this transaction was processed without my authorisation and inform me of the outcome.
