Unauthorized FindAndLoc Charges Debited From La Banque Postale Account

My name is Sophie G*** and I am the holder of an account with La Banque Postale. While reviewing my account, I noticed two charges that I do not understand and that do not correspond to any service I knowingly subscribed to.
On May 17, 2026, an amount of €0.50 was debited from my account with the reference "findandlocc7." The following day, on May 18, 2026, an amount of €49.50 was debited with the same reference "findandlocc7." In total, €50 has been withdrawn from my account by a company or service that I do not recognize and to which I do not recall ever giving authorization.
I conducted an online search to understand what "findandloc" is and discovered information suggesting that customers may not always clearly understand the subscription terms associated with this service. I do not know this website, I have never intentionally used its services, and I do not understand how my banking details could have been used for these payments.
I hereby formally dispute these two transactions and request a full refund of the €50 charged to my account. I also request that you block any future charges related to "findandloc*c7" or this merchant and provide me with a written explanation of how these payments were processed from my account.
Please respond to me in writing as soon as possible and clearly indicate the expected timeframe for processing my request. I am available to provide any additional information or supporting documents necessary to clarify this matter. I have retained copies of my bank statements and all transaction records related to this issue.
