Unauthorized FINDANDLOC Charges: €99 Refund Request
I am a customer of Bank of Georgia and my salary is paid to my card from this bank. Although I have not purchased any product or used any service, two separate deductions have been made from my salary card by a merchant named FINDANDLOC*C8451224FF BARCELONA ES. According to the transaction slips, 49.50 EUR was withdrawn on 11.09.2026 and again 49.50 EUR on 11.10.2026 as a digital transaction. I do not recognize this merchant or these transactions, I have not approved any subscription, and I have not shared my card information knowingly for such a payment. I request that these unauthorized transactions be urgently investigated and that the full amount of 99.00 EUR be refunded to my account as soon as possible, that my card be protected against any future similar withdrawals, and that I be provided with a clear written explanation of how these charges were made without my consent.
