I Am Demanding a Full Refund After Findandloc Charged My Card $19.90 for Three Months

I have been charged repeatedly by Findandloc for a service that I have not used. For the last three months, every 29th of the month, an amount of 19.90 USD has been taken from my debit card as a POS purchase, even though I have never used the Findandloc C7 service. When I contacted Findandloc about these unauthorized or unclear charges, they referred me to their terms and conditions and requested 35 USD, which I do not understand and which makes the situation even more confusing for me. I do not know why I am being charged and why I would have to pay an additional 35 USD in order to resolve this. I request that all these repeated 19.90 USD charges for the last three months be investigated and refunded to me, that any subscription or service related to my card be cancelled, and that no further deductions be made without my clear and informed consent.
