Fansly isn't showing my content to subscribers; how can I fix access?

First check Settings → Privacy & Safety → Timeline Permissions. Fansly says subscribers can lose visibility when the timeline requires “Following” but your Follow button is disabled; remove that requirement or enable following.

For individual posts, open the three-dot menu and select Media Permissions, then confirm “Subscribed” includes the subscriber’s actual tier and that you have not unintentionally added a purchase, tip, private-list, or other extra requirement.

If only certain subscribers are affected after permissions are correct, ask them to verify their subscription is active and contact Fansly Support if access still fails.

If the issue persists, share your experience and consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
