FamPay UPI Blocked by Aadhaar Verification Failure

I have been using Fampay UPI for about five months. For the last two months, my Aadhaar verification has been failing. Whenever I try to verify my Aadhaar in the app, it shows that my verification has failed and that my attempts have been exhausted, so I am unable to proceed further. I contacted Fampay customer support about this issue, but they are not resolving it and I am still stuck in the same situation. I request that my Aadhaar verification attempts be reset so that I can complete the verification process and use Fampay UPI properly again.
