FamPay Selfie Verification Failed Due to Old Aadhaar Photo

For the past 3–4 months I have been trying to complete selfie verification in the FamPay app on my iPhone, but every time I try I receive the message “Your Selfie verification failed” and the process does not complete. The issue is that the photo on my Aadhaar card was taken when I was a small child and my current face no longer matches that old Aadhaar photo, so the system keeps rejecting my selfie. Because of this, I am unable to complete my verification and use FamPay properly. I request that you review my account and provide a solution, such as manual verification (for example a video call) or accepting another valid document or method, so that I can successfully complete my KYC and use FamPay without further issues.
