FamPay Old Mobile Number Lost – Unable to Access UPI Account

6

I am a FamPay UPI user from Pathankot and I am unable to access my FamPay account because I no longer have access to my old registered mobile number 6239326***. I have now started using a new mobile number, 7717543***, but I cannot update it because I am completely locked out of my FamPay account. When I try to log in, the application shows that my Aadhaar is already linked to my previous mobile number, and since I cannot receive any OTP or verification on that number, I am stuck at the login step and unable to proceed further. This situation has been continuing for about one year, during which I have not been able to use my FamPay account or the UPI services connected to it. I kindly request that my registered mobile number on FamPay be updated from 6239326*** to 7717543*** so that I can regain access to my account. I am ready to provide any identity verification or supporting documents required to complete this process securely. I request your urgent assistance in resolving this issue and helping me restore full access to my FamPay UPI account. Kind regards, Ashmit
