FamPay Complaint About Missuse Of My Adhar Number
I am trying to activate my main FamPay account, but I am unable to complete the process because my Aadhaar verification has failed and my verification attempts now seem to be blocked. I attempted this on 15 June in Pune, Maharashtra, and since then I have not been able to proceed with activation. What worries me more is that I am concerned someone else may be using my Aadhaar number without my permission, which could be the reason the verification is failing. I have already contacted FamPay customer support about this issue but have not received any response so far, which leaves my Aadhaar security concerns unresolved. I request that FamPay urgently investigate any possible misuse or unauthorized use of my Aadhaar number in your systems and clearly inform me of the findings. In addition, I ask you to reset my Aadhaar verification attempts and enable me to complete the activation of my FamPay account safely and legally.
