Restore My FaceApp Pro Access After Phone Change or Issue a Full Refund

After switching to a new phone, I can no longer access my FaceApp Pro account, despite using the same email and login details. This is extremely frustrating, as I used FaceApp Pro regularly and relied on it heavily.
If my account cannot be recovered, I request a full refund. Please provide assistance, as this issue has been a huge inconvenience and disappointment.
