Eyezy Took My Money, Didn’t Deliver Service, Then Refused to Refund My Membership Fee
What Eyezy promises is absolutely nothing like what they deliver. I subscribed, but the product never worked as advertised. When I reached out for help, they told me I needed to pay more for additional support. They claimed that if I upgraded my plan, I’d get full functionality and results—but that was just another empty promise.
Even after paying extra, the software still didn’t function properly. I eventually asked them to cancel the product and refund my money. Their response? They said they’d only cancel the automatic renewal but wouldn’t refund the original payment. This is completely unacceptable. I lost my money for something that never worked.
Previously, I had a bad experience with MSPY and tried Eyezy thinking it would be different. But Eyezy failed me too, in almost the same way. At this point, I’m convinced both platforms are run by the same people using the same deceptive tactics.
I’ve already wasted too much time trying to resolve this. If I find a way to take action or recover my money, I’ll make sure to share it with others so no one else falls into this trap. Eyezy must take responsibility and issue a full refund for the service they failed to provide.
