Eyezy Doesn’t Work on iPhone as Promised and Offers No Support or Refund Option
I purchased the Eyezy app because it claimed to support iPhone, but in reality, it does not function properly on Apple devices. There is no real-time tracking, and all it does is provide a one-time copy of limited data—mostly call history. This is not what was advertised.
I even tested it on an Android phone, where it worked to some extent, but on iPhone, the features are practically useless. There’s no accurate tracking, no continuous updates, and worst of all, no one to speak to for support. I’ve been trying to contact someone from Eyezy, but there's no accessible support team or proper contact method.
If iPhone compatibility is so limited, it should be clearly stated before purchase. I feel misled and want a full refund. Eyezy must stop advertising features that don’t work and be honest about platform limitations. I expect them to take responsibility and resolve this immediately.
