Eyezy Overcharges Customer $68 Instead of Listed $18 Subscription Rate
I purchased a 1-month phone tracking software subscription through Eyezy. Although the price of the app was listed as $18, an amount of $68 was deducted from my debit card on August 7, 2026. The charged amount appears split as 742.86 [TL] in my account transactions, and this situation was neither disclosed to me in advance nor authorized by me.
Not only was I overcharged, but I am also completely unable to use the app. Despite being unable to benefit from the service I purchased, such a high sum was withdrawn from my card. My discussions with both Eyezy support and my bank have yielded no results so far, and the issue remains unresolved.
I demand the cancellation and full refund of the unauthorized overcharges made without my knowledge, as well as the immediate, seamless activation of the service I paid for as promised.
