Eyezy Secretly Charges $101 on iOS After Displaying $5 Annual Subscription

While attempting to purchase a 12-month subscription to the Eyezy app on iOS, where the membership fee was displayed on-screen as $5, I noticed that two separate high-value charges were made from my card without my consent. On May 10, 2026, a total of $101 was deducted from my card—one charge of $46 and another of $55. During checkout, I did not see any additional packages, extra fees, or separate confirmation screens beyond the $5 annual subscription fee.

I only agreed to pay the $5 annual membership fee displayed on the screen; therefore, these two separate high-value charges are strictly unauthorized transactions. I have not yet spoken to my bank, as I expect the issue to be resolved by Eyezy first.

My demand from Eyezy is the cancellation of these unauthorized transactions and an immediate full refund of the total $101 charged to my card. Furthermore, I request the complete cancellation of my subscription and a formal written notification regarding this matter.
