Eyezy App Secretly Adds Hidden $45 Charge Alongside $33 Subscription Fee
On April 21, 2026, at 1:54 PM, I attempted to create a membership via https://www.eyezy.com/tr/ for security purposes on my child's phone. During registration, I entered my card details for the $33 membership fee. However, from my credit card ending in 0171, both the $33 membership fee and an additional $45 were deducted without my knowledge or consent.
The transaction description appears as "eye-kid. App Nicosia cy". I opened the membership solely for inspection purposes and have never used the app. Following this incident, I tried to get written support, but no response was provided to me.
I demand the refund of all amounts withdrawn without my knowledge or consent, alongside the immediate cancellation of the created membership. I request a complete reimbursement of the entire total charged back to my card.
