Eyezy Charged Me But Didn’t Deliver Promised Service or Provide a Refund
On July 1 at 18:26, I purchased an Ultra Premium subscription from Eyezy, paying ₺1,997. Before subscribing, I contacted them on three separate days with detailed questions, especially asking whether the setup would work without physical access to the target phone. They repeatedly assured me that it would, and that setup would be possible immediately after payment.
After I paid, I received emails and was redirected to Detectico.com, where login credentials were sent. I followed all instructions, including entering the target number in the Reverse Lookup section and waiting the 72 hours they specified. During this time, I checked in daily asking for updates, and they told me not to worry—they were gathering data.
When the 72 hours passed, they suddenly told me it wouldn't work after all. They claimed there was a misunderstanding, despite having clearly confirmed beforehand that it would function as I needed. Now they refuse to issue a refund and say the system will only work when the target phone is physically available—and that I should freeze my account until then.
This is completely unacceptable. I was misled from the beginning and charged nearly ₺2,000 for a service that never worked. I demand a full refund immediately. If Eyezy fails to resolve this, I will escalate the issue to consumer protection authorities. Deceptive practices like this must be held accountable.
