Around July 29–30, 2024, I came across an Instagram ad offering Etsy store setup assistance. I contacted the person behind the ad and transferred ₺5,000 ($155) to their account as requested. After that, I was referred to an assistant named Mr. Y****, who helped me upload products and activate my store. Everything seemed fine at first.
However, due to my own work schedule, I couldn’t log in to Etsy for about a week or ten days, and during that time, my account was frozen. I reached out for help last year and got no response. I tried again this year, but still no one replied to my messages. It appears that their service ended the moment they received payment.
All I want is for my frozen Etsy account to be reactivated. Neither the original person nor Mr. Y**** is responding anymore, and I feel deceived after trusting them with both my money and business setup.
