eFootball Mobile 2027 Wrong Underage Restriction After Major Update

I play eFootball Mobile 2027 on an Android device and after the major update yesterday I have been unable to log into the game due to an incorrect age restriction. After the update, I first received a system warning saying that certain settings had been updated based on my age. Now, when I try to log in, I get an “access restriction due to underage” type of message and a notice stating that parental or guardian approval is required, even though I am not underage. Because of this, I cannot access my account or play the game at all. I request that my age information and account status be reviewed, that this wrong age-based restriction be removed from my account, and that my access to eFootball Mobile 2027 be restored as soon as possible.
