Easypaisa Deposit Missing From 1ee.com Game Account
I deposited 1000 into my 1ee.com slots game account on the night of 21 June at around 10:45 pm via Easypaisa, but the amount has still not been credited to my game ID 480985***. On my side, the payment appears as successful and I also have the Easypaisa approved screenshots and in‑game screenshots showing that the payment is marked as topped up successfully, yet my game balance has not changed. The 1ee.com deposit order number for this transaction is 210112723630005702240. Despite the successful status and the proof I hold, the 1000 has not been added to my 1ee.com account and I cannot use this balance in the game. I contacted 1ee.com customer support through live chat. At first they did not reply at all. When I sent them the proof of payment, they told me that my game account had been credited and asked me to check my in‑game account. I checked immediately, but there was still no money in my account. After that, they stopped replying and closed the chat without solving the issue. I request that my 1000 be urgently and correctly credited to my 1ee.com game ID or if this is not possible, that the full amount be promptly refunded to my original Easypaisa payment method. I also ask for a clear explanation of why the transaction was shown as successful when the funds were never received in my account.
