Unable to Download FIFA 25 Due to Rambler.ru Linked EA Account Issue

I can’t download FIFA 25 because my EA account is linked to an old rambler.ru email that I no longer have access to. The error message says: “Your Xbox account ShyPlanet912833 is already linked to s******@rambler.ru, and an EA account can only be linked to one Xbox account for the lifetime of the account.” I don’t have the password or any access to this old Rambler account, and now I’m stuck unable to connect my current Xbox and EA accounts. This is extremely frustrating, and I need help resolving this issue so I can access the game. Please unlink the old EA account or provide another solution to fix this problem!
