Restricted Access to the EA Sports Player Market
I've been trying for 6 months to sell my players in the market section of a mobile game, even some expensive ones. I've tried to get in touch with the game's customer service more than once, but I haven't heard back. I even wrote a review on the Play Store, but that didn't help either. This has made me very angry, and I'm thinking about deleting the game all together. I want this problem to be fixed, and I want my complaint to be taken into account. It can't be right for a game to ignore these kinds of problems, especially if people have spent money and time on it. I want the people who make games to listen to complaints and give better customer service. Even though it's been a week, I'm still not sure how to solve this problem because the game's answers have been vague and not very helpful.
