EA Sports: My 91 Mascherano Players and Game Currency Disappeared Overnight

I purchased a star ticket last night on EA Sports and received several 91 Mascherano players, along with some other players and in-game currency. But today, everything is gone! I lost 7-8 Mascherano cards, some other players, and my game funds, and I have no idea what happened. Where did my players and currency go in just one night? This is extremely frustrating, and I need immediate attention and a solution. Please respond as soon as possible and resolve this issue. I can't continue playing without getting my players and currency back!
