Battlefield Games Linked to Wrong Account on Steam & Epic – Need Help Fixing

I recently purchased Battlefield games on Steam and Epic Games, but they are linked to different accounts instead of a single unified library. When I launch the game via Epic Games, it shows one library, and when I open it through Steam, it displays another separate library.

To make matters worse, my account is linked to an unrelated Hotmail email address that I have no connection with. I want to change my email, but it requires a verification code sent to that email, which I can’t access. Similarly, I can’t change my display name for the same reason.

This is frustrating because I want to merge everything under one account. I need urgent support from EA to resolve this issue, unlink the incorrect account, and allow me to use one consistent library across platforms. Please fix this ASAP!
