Dyson V8 Delivered Broken - Missing Dust Bin Cover

I purchased a Dyson V8 with the expectation that it would be of the high caliber that the brand is known for, but it arrived without the dust bin cover. When I started using it, I became aware that all of the dust was falling directly to the floor, something I had not noticed before. It was unbelievable to me that a well-known company like Dyson would ship a product in this state. I paid a high price expecting durability and perfection, so it was both frustrating and inconvenient. Rather, I was given something that isn't even functional. All I want is for Dyson to accept accountability, send me the missing component, and ensure that others don't experience the same problem. My faith in the brand was severely damaged by this encounter.
