I purchased my Dyson V15 Submarine vacuum cleaner in September 2024, and it is still under warranty. About two months ago, the Submarine head malfunctioned. During this time, it was sent to the service center twice, but the problem reoccurred. Eventually, a replacement was approved, but it could not be carried out because the part is out of stock, and no clear information has been provided on when it will be restocked. Due to this issue, I have not been able to use my vacuum for two months, and I do not have any spare head or mop. I have contacted customer service multiple times via phone, WhatsApp, and email, but each time I received the same response — that stock information is unavailable. My warranty certificate and invoice are valid and registered in the Dyson system. I specifically chose this brand and model because it is easy to use, which is important as I have serious back and knee problems. I also have a pet at home and rely solely on Dyson for cleaning. I have been suffering from this problem for about two months and have been unable to clean my home. If the replacement head cannot be supplied, I request that a new product be sent instead. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
