Dyson Airwrap Fails to Shape Hair as Promised

I purchased the Dyson Airwrap on December 29, 2023. Contrary to the promises made in advertisements and videos, the product utterly fails to shape my hair as demonstrated. After applying the hair styler to my hair, I create waves using a curling wand, but within 10-15 minutes, my hair becomes completely straight. Even when I attempt an inwardly curled blowout, my hair ends up poker straight after just 15 minutes. It doesn't live up to the advertised claims and proves to be entirely ineffective. I don't recommend it to anyone.
