Dyson 360 Vis Nav Robot Vacuum Fails to Impress
Hello, I have been very satisfied with other products from the Dyson brand, so I made the mistake of purchasing this new robot vacuum without doing any research, thinking it would be an innovative product. For the past five years, I have been using the Roborock S5 without any issues, but I trusted Dyson's engineering and bought this product from Media Markt.
After setting up the mapping and other configurations, I started observing the device's operation. Despite there being no obstacles, the device constantly gets stuck. It can't find its charging station. Due to a nonsensical monitoring mode like the camera feature, it fails to recognize any obstacles or walls. The device's sensing capabilities are completely primitive. Even the lowest-quality product currently available on the market is more functional than this device.
I haven't started the return process because I don't have the time. This product is a complete disappointment. No one should deviate from the Roborock brand, which we have loved using. Even their machines from five years ago work ten times better than this device. One should always research and read user reviews before purchasing a product. We would have been better off giving ₺45,000 to those in need.
Note: I don't even want to mention the device aimlessly wandering around, passing over the same spot twice, quickly running out of battery, and moving back and forth as if stuck in the middle of an obstacle-free room. I don't want Dyson employees to resign, but this is truly shameful. Best of luck to everyone.

The company has not offered us any solution. The device is still wandering around as if it were drunk.
Dyson, we want to return the device. The device is not functioning correctly as described in the user manual. I urgently request information on how to return the product. Otherwise, legal action will be taken against your company.
