Duolingo Cheating Problem Is Ruining Fair Competition

I believe there has been a serious cheating problem on the Duolingo app for a long time, particularly in the Chess section but also across the platform in general. I have noticed some users suddenly earning unusually high numbers of points and achieving scores that do not appear possible through normal use, and I believe these results may be achieved through unfair methods.

I previously reported this issue to Duolingo through the app and its support channels, but so far, I have not seen any concrete action taken or felt that the issue has been addressed seriously.

I want Duolingo to identify accounts engaging in cheating, conduct the necessary investigations, impose clear penalties on users who violate the rules, and restore a fair competitive environment.
