DreameShort won’t let me unsubscribe, how can I stop payments?

DreameShort subscriptions usually don’t cancel inside the app alone, especially if you subscribed via Apple or Google, so you need to cancel through the same platform you used to pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you turn off auto-renewal, so stopping payments requires canceling before the next billing date.

First, check where you subscribed: if it was via App Store or Google Play, go to your device’s subscription settings and cancel from there, because the app itself cannot override those payments.

If you subscribed directly in the app or website, go to Settings > Account > Subscription > Unsubscribe and confirm cancellation.
