If DreameShort keeps billing you unexpectedly,
• Understand the root issue;
– DreameShort subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
– Charges continue on your saved payment method unless you turn off auto-renew
• Cancel from the correct platform;
– iPhone → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cancel
– Android → Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions → Cancel
– Website → Profile → Subscription → Unsubscribe
– Canceling in the app alone is NOT enough
• Check cancellation status;
• Verify:
– Subscription shows “Canceled”
– You see an expiration date (not renewal)
– You received a confirmation email
– If not, billing will continue
